Dean returns home on Castiel’s birthday (September 18) without calling ahead to suprise him. He has been gone for four months and even though he had been gone for much longer in the past, he can’t wait to reunite with his husband. He also has a surprise for him: Dean’s quitted the Army. He’s not going to go back ever again
A day after his return, Dean drops by his beloved little brother’s home to spend some quality time together and break the big news to him.
Dean makes a “100 reasons why I love you” list and emails it to Cas. (All the fluff)
Dean is a romantic at heart. He makes breakfast for his husband and ends up writing a heartbreaking love letter.
